A recent episode of The Kardashians on Hulu featured a doctor telling Kim Kardashian that her frontal lobe is showing unusually “low” brain activity. While reviewing her scan, he informed her, “Your brain is less active than it should be.”
Looking at the images, Kardashian asked, “What are those holes?” The doctor responded, “I don’t like that,” explaining that the “holes” represent areas of minimal brain activity.

Comparing her scan to another example, he pointed out, “The front portion of your brain is not functioning at the level it should.” He added that this reduced activity could make stress management more difficult — a concern given that Kardashian is preparing for the bar exam and dealing with a demanding schedule.
In a confessional, Kardashian reacted with disbelief, telling producers, “That just can’t be right. I’m not accepting that.” The doctor suggested chronic stress, heavy studying, and her overall workload could be contributing factors.
“I need a plan to get this under control,” Kardashian said. “I have a lot to accomplish this summer.”
The frontal lobe plays a crucial role in reasoning, emotional regulation, personality, judgment, impulse control, movement, and memory, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
Earlier this month, Kardashian shared the outcome of her latest California bar attempt, saying, “I’m not a lawyer yet — just a well-dressed one on TV. Six years into this journey, and I’m still committed.” She added that coming close to passing only motivated her to work harder.
This update followed her recent admission that she used OpenAI’s ChatGPT to help with her law school exams — and even joked that the AI contributed to her failing score.
